Embracing the Learning Process
:

For children like Geethika and Jambay(name changed), the day of receiving their midterm exam papers was more than just about grades. It was a chance to see how far they had come since the beginning of the term. They were curious to know if their hard work and dedication had paid off. As they opened their papers, I could see that they felt a sense of pride for the things they had learned and achieved so far.

Learning from Mistakes:

Guru(name changed) was anxious as he saw some mistakes on his paper. However, his teacher, Mrs.Yonten, sat down with him and explained where he went wrong. Guru realized that mistakes weren't something to fear but an opportunity to improve. With Mrs.Yonten’s guidance, he must have felt more confident in tackling similar problems in the future.

Building Confidence:

Yoezer was thrilled to see she scored 59 out of 60 on her math paper. Her teacher, Mrs. Deki, praised her efforts and hard work. This positive feedback not only made her day but also boosted her confidence. Yoezer now believes that she could excel in other subjects as well, and this newfound confidence inspires her to aim higher.

Parental and Teacher Involvement:

Teacher parents like Mr. Karma and Mrs. Choki(name changed) eagerly sat with their twin daughters, Yumi and Yuki(name changed), as they unfolded their exam papers. They discussed their progress, strengths, and areas where they needed more practice. They assured them that they were there to support them every step of the way, no matter what the results were. The twins felt reassured and knew they could count on their parents' help whenever they needed it.

Cultivating a Growth Mindset:

For children like Sidarth and Pema(name changed), who faced some challenges on their papers, the experience was an eye-opener. They realized that they could improve by putting in more effort and seeking help from their teachers and parents. This motivates them to work harder, knowing that their abilities weren't fixed, and they could achieve more with determination.
